WHITE-BELLIED SEA-EAGLE: Haliaeetus leucogaster The 'White-bellied Sea Eagle' Haliaeetus leucogaster (above and below) is a large white bird of prey with grey wings. In flight its body and leading half of the wing are white, while the trailing edge of the wings are black, with a short, rounded fanned tail. It is often seen above coastal rainforest.
