Little Corella: Cacatua sanguinea
This is a large cockatoo, resembling a rather sleepy, dirty and bald version of a 'Sulphur-crested Cockatoo'.
It is coloured off-white, has a 'sleepy' blue coloured cere around the eye, and a short crest which is not usually visible.
'Little Corellas' are found in the woodlands of central, northern and eastern Australia, but are absent from the extreme east coast and the central Western Australia (Morcombe 2000).
